Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes addresses
ships to addresses within the United Arab Emirates only, excluding the Western Region of the United Arab Emirates.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the United Arab Emirates.
If you find the item you bought is defective, please contact contact our Customer Support Team by e-mail so that we can arrange an exchange of the item, we will gladly handle all collection and shipments straight from your doorstep FREE of charge.
