Collection & Return Processing:

Returns will be accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt in saleable condition. You have to provide us with original receipt. please contact us by e-mail so that we can arrange a pick up and refund of the item. One of our shipping partners will pick up your purchase FREE of charge. Once your return is inspected by our Customer Support Team, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card within 5 to 14 business days.

 

 

 

Defective Item:

If you find the item you bought is defective, please contact contact our Customer Support Team by e-mail so that we can arrange an exchange of the item, we will gladly handle all collection and shipments straight from your doorstep FREE of charge.
